Default Good Tuning shop in NOVA

Can anyone reccommend a good shop that has a dyno that the shop personnel have experience tuning s2000's with a VAFC? Pricing will be a factor also, so keep that in mind.

Thanks!

I have no experience with them (nor do I know where they are), but I think a lot of people go to Curry's.

I have to agree that Curry's isn't the best place to go tune your car. I question their knowledge of our car. I just posted a recommendation for them to realign someone elses car in another thread, but I certainly wouldn't let them do more than that.

When Sean from TorqueFreaks was in town tuning my car I reserved some dyno time there and the guy told me I should dump my 3" exhaust(FI) and get the Spoon exhaust. He said "I have seen S2000's gain 20-30 hp just from bolting on the Spoon exhaust." No thanks buddy, I'm not letting you near my car again. I think anyone with an S2000 knows better than that.

try Midas.

:-)

j/k. you know my recommendation already. Its hard to find a good 'tuning' shop around here. My buddy is starting one in LA, I've been asked to help run the business side of it...the more and more I think about it, the more I want to go:-) but why oh why cant it be here.......ugh.

Go to InlinePro.. The owner has a turbo S2000. They have an in house dyno and lots of experience tunning AFC/VAFC.

i would also recomend ultimate racing as an option or, CDE as it was once called, they tuned my buddys turbo civic. He had hondata but im sure they could do vafc just fine. They have a all wheel drive dyno as well dotn knwo what your freind is driving. Just another option i have no personal experience with them except for my freinds 240sx witch got a glass pack done by them, which was some nice work. They claim they can weld titanium?? i kinda want to see if they can or not, ive seen only some of the best shops in japan do this.

.Ultimate Racing
