Finaly after finnishing the whole car, my strange rattle in the head became so noticeable that I start to worry.
Some info first:
My car is a EUDM 2003 with 21K miles, 10K out of it are on LoveFab Ver.1 GT3071R running 8psi and a very very save rich tune done by Australian drag racers.Running only 90octane.
1.New timing chain tensioner-CHECK
2.valve setting done 2 days back-CHECK
3.running mobile1 since day one, changing every 3000miles-CHECK (might be too thin
)
4.Overrev only once for a split second (from 6 into 5, my brain was off) long before I got the turbo
5.visual inspection on the head has been done, retainers, springs, rocker arms all 100%-CHECK
6.Compression test was done yesterday, 100% ok.-CHECK
7.Car runs strong, good idle,no isues.-CHECK
8.We disconected sprak plug after spark plug at the dealer to eliminate the possibility of a bad wrist pin. Sound is there no matter what cylinder is disconected.CHECK
Here is the VIDEO.
I was holding the camera close to the head to record it.
The sound started as an arytmic, non-periodical rattle...sometimes it's not there for a minute, than it makes click and start rattling. Sometimes it rattles for even 20-30 sec in a row, but mostly it likes to come and go as per will.
SOMEONE PLEASE HELP

Get a nice fat piece of good and try to push the engine towards the drivers side wheel for a little bit and tell me if that takes care of the rattle. Not from the valve cover, from the head and not so much that the head will break off and watch out for the A/C lines.
Usually the IAC fluctuates a little bit in that patter so the engine sort of dies and then comes back making it rock. Maybe something is touching on the passenger side that is causing the rattling.

I am not a mechanic, but I'm also (the dealer too) not that stupid that we take of the valve cover to inspect the head because of something hitting the engine from outside...those hitting something days are over. I am not hitting anything anymore, it's a year since I have installed the LoveFab kit.
I know what you mean, once the A/C is on, the idle becomes unstable and the rpm fall below 900rpm and the whole negine shakes...but No, it's not that

I wasn't talking about something hitting your head.
That noise doesn't sound internal to me. To double check, you can take a long screw driver and poke different parts of your engine while closing the other ear. You will be able to find the source of it that way.
BTW, I never said you were dumb or implied it, it's very easy to overlook little things. It happens to the pro guys all the time.

Let us just start at a point where the sound DOES come from the inside,ok?
It started slowly and over the time still gets worse, so please eliminate hitting something from this subject.
