Default FS: Modifry DCI version 1

This is the original Modifry DCI that supports Sony, Alpine, Kenwood, Pioneer, and Clarion. This unit allows the radio dash controls to control your aftermarket head unit via an IR lead on the DCI.

The Honda harness is included.

Do not PM me asking which models this supports. I don't know which models it supports, I do know that it worked for the Alpine 9456(?) I used a while ago. I don't even recall the Alpine HU I used this with.

$55 shipped.

try posting in the Electronics forum to find out if this works with your model deck or not.

i'm pretty sure (but not 100% certain) that this works with all alpine models that have a remote control.

I know you said not to ask, but can anyone verify if it works with all Pioneer models that have a remote control?

http://modifry.com/products/dci/faq.htm

this is the very first version of the dci modifry released, so unless pioneer recently overhauled their remote on their head units, it should still work.

I"ll try to figure it out now. I'm planning on using a Pioneer headunit that is about 2 years old. Right around when they rolled out the mp3 capability.

Okay I think it will work, this is the IR version right? I don't see the IR emitter in the picture?

I'm assuming that hardness is the Modifry hardness or is it a generic one? If so it can be used to plug in the aftermarket radio (and the DCI), correct?
