2) No difference, imports usually don't have locking wheel nuts or an alarm as standard, but that's all.
The alarm is now factory installed so this is no longer an issue with Euro imports.

Locking wheel nuts will be the only difference.

Honda UK are "very" good about dealing with imports (even JDMs). A lot of the panic about imports has been to do with companies not servicing or honouring warranties (Subaru springs to mind)

2nd hand value is about

You'll also get VSA as standard with Bob Gerard rather than the extra you would pay a dealer.

Most of the important stuff has been mentioned above.

A couple of points based on my own experience (I bought a UK spec. car from France in 2001).

Honda are extremely good at honouring the pan-European warranty - I had numerous issues sorted out without fuss (not least of which were 2 sets of new wheels (usual corrosion problems) and 2 roof's....one of which was an out of warranty 'good will' gesture!!!!)

Secondly, yes, to a degree an EU import will be worth less come trade-in time than a UK sourced car, BUT, this very much depends on how long you intend to keep the car. 1, 2, 3 years......you will see a significant differnce in what people are willing to pay you (particularly 'stealers') but beyond that, the condition of the car/how well it has been cared for become more important factors in most private buyers minds.

My car sold (with full disclosure about its EU origins) after 5 years / 55k miles for ~70% of what I paid for it!

Oh, and Bob Gerard are excellent people to deal with.
