Default Greddy E Manage / VAFC II Neo

After I rebuild the head ( Stock ), I want to get a test pipe and header to go along with my intake and exhaust I already have. Which one will be better for my set-up ( Greddy E-Manage or VAFC II Neo ). I dont know about the greddy e-manage, but I had a VAFC II on my 97 prelude I had, and I was real happy with it.

I'm pretty sure there is a difference between the VAFC II and the Neo. If you have the money, I would recommend the emanage. But the VAFC II adds power and I liked it alot. I have one for sale, if you're interested.

The e-manage ultimate allows you to correct A/F AND adjust timing. I have heard from some very reputable tuners that a lot of power is hiding in the timing.

Also, I believe the ultimate corrects A/F outputs rather than inputs...so the learning ecu will not adapt to partial throttle settings the way it does for the VAFC.

E-Manage ultimate also allows you to dump the factory MAF. Not as important on an NA car, but could be handy farther down the road.

Does the e-manage ultimate work on a 07 and how much does it usually cost? I'm assuming this is a piggy back on the stock ecu?

Really that much?
The actual emanage only costs $499.
I'm not sure how much the harness costs.
For that much you can get an AEM stand alone.

it's the "tuned" part that costs a lot.
