wow, I was just about to start a thread on this. Hey, be VERY careful and good luck installing it! I just tried installing a Greddy ground wire system today in my S2K! I grounded it in all the right 5 spots, then at the end when I connected that spiral thingy onto the battery, it sparked. Car didnt start or anything!!! So after a bout 2 hours on installing it, we took it off, then my car ran again. So if you succeed on this, PLEASE let me know how you did it and where you grounded it. Some bolts were hard to get to, so we chose diff. ones, but still in the same areas where the directions said. Does yours come with a little metal energy box with 2 wires coming out of it, along with the long grounding wires? Mine did.

I take it those kits don't come with instructions? There's a thread in here by a fellow who did his own DIY grounding kit. It might give you some ideas on where to locate the attachment points.

That is one of those rare and elusive creatures called a VondaWagon. Goes like Shhhhtink and bows everytime it comes to cross traffic.

Sounds like you went Positive to Negative. Be careful. You can fry ECUs that way.

This is my daily ride (VW MK 5 1.6 FSI) the vinyl sticker says in Greek "I'm not a HONDA..."

Unfortunately my ground wire kit is used, actualy it's a gift from "npart" an x s2000 owner and member of this board who parted out his car some months ago... so, no intructions just the battery terminal , metal plate and 6 8 AWG wires with ring terminals in both ends!

I need some info in order to install it, if anyone here can help i will never forget it, i don't claim that a ground kit will improove the horse power of my s2k but i would like to install it because i have it... I always love to get my hands dirty and get messy on my car!

My voltage is always unstable and my car runs at only 90% power because it isn't grounded properly, damn Honda engineers.

the voltage on my s2k has always been around. 14.4 with the car on. I remember in my last car i had major upgraded eletrical system, and 0 awg wire for ground, power, 2 yellow top, 170 amp alt. And all i got was around 13.9 most of the time. And thats with the sound system off! But it will still stay at 13.5 with the system cranked. So i think the s2k has a very good electrical system already.
