Headlight Problem...
I recently did the AP2 Bumper and Headlight conversion, but just have one problem. One of my headlamps seems brighter than the other!! I know its not the bulbs cuz they are inserted right, my guess is the headlights themselves. What do you guys think is wrong??? I saw some grey wheels on the back of the headlights, is it that they could have been moved and thus is causing one of my headlights to be off?? Help please.....
Thanks
Thanks

I think all cars with HID have the same issue. It's not that one bulb is brighter than the other, its the way the light is angled. They angle them that way so you blind the person in front of you I believe (so driver side is pointed down more) and the opposite for JDM cars. I might not be 100% accurate on which side is angled down, but 99% sure that its normal.
If you want to make sure. Just get another S2000 pull it infornt of your garage or flat surface with a wall and make sure yours line up the same way!

Well the Driver Side is brighter than the Passenger Side, but I never had this problem when I had the AP1 Headlights. My friend drives an S2K also, so I'm gonna see if my headlights are lined up properly by doing what you said, Thanks!
Any other suggestions???

its the cut off on the alignment which looks different one side to the other
thye look more the same the further away you stand and a one point anout 100 ft ( dependent on the dip angles ) in front of the car the beams merge

Sorry to resurect an old thread, but I'm curious about the same thing.
When I look at my headlights it appears the driver side doesn't illuminate quite as far as the passanger side one. Is this normal?

for the reason that C4S alluded to earlier ... the drivers side stops a few feet shorter so that you dont blind the sh*t out of on oncoming driver.. makes it look weird to you (the s2k driver) and sometimes difficult to see things, but that is the idea. i have never really liked it. i think there is a way to fix it, you would have to search the forums on it.
