Perfect Russ. Sounds exactly like mine did.

It confused my local mechanic a bit as the rattling noise actually gets amplified by the gearbox making the 'box aound as if it's got dodgy internals!!!

Well my noise is definitely not the tensioner, but I knew that anyway.
