Default Flash pro for euro spec S2000s?

i have no problems with my K-pro on my 2002 AP1. but in my reigon we have many DBW s2000s who need the flash pro which is US spec only. the euro spec 06+ is still running the F20C but with DBW.

will the flash pro ever be released for the euro spec 2006+ s2ks?

We don't know for certain, but I doubt we'll release anything. The vehicles are different and we'd require a euro S2000 here for development, and the numbers don't justify this.

Can't you jus run the ecu numbers and see if your ECU will work with the FlashPro? I saw it on the hondata website.

I think that if this device could be available for us, there would be a lot of customers to justify your hard work.

Wait, what. Not developed for EU models?

Disappointment.

whats so hard on developing the new version?

A Euro model should have *basically* the same engine as the AP1 and the same sensors as the AP2.. so there should not be a huge re-engineering involved.. (ballistic are also based in the USA and they provide pretuned EMUs for Euro models..)

Wait, does that mean that European MY04-05 2.0L non-DBW use the "American" AP2 sensors meaning that we do not need the extra Honda parts for running K-pro?

Also a friend pulled out his cams of a MY04 2.0L European model and found out that the non-vtec lobes were different than the AP1s. Does anybody know whether the AP2 cams are used in European MY04+ models?

Euro/UAE guys, if you think it is so easy to develop why not ship your car to Hondata and let them play.

Ahhh, not so easy now is it!
