just an update....i know that some negative things have been posted about sbhcorp....I am just hoping that my order goes through okay with them!

well, sbhcorp are good on the deal - received my X50 by UPS today and it works perfect.

Immediately took it out for a test drive and I did notice the increase in range over my 8500.

how'd you tell the difference? door openers and the like?

i'm planning to pursue the X50 upgrade, so hopefully the info i've been given about them doing it is solid. hearing that it has better range is great.
