Default Trunk Rack to carry wheels

At fall colors last year I saw a guy with a rack on the trunk to carry his race wheels. At the time I didn't think anything of it but now I'm starting to take the S racing and need one of these for my race wheels. Anyone where I could get one of these?

Go with a trailer hitch and 4'x4' Harbor Freight trailer. Stay away from the TireTail. The forces on the trailer hitch w/the tire tail are not the hitch is designed for.

The weight of the tires and wheels shifts too much when the car corners causing forces parallel to the bumper. Trailer hitches are designed to distribute weight perpendicular to the bumper.

Here is a trailer hitch I found online. This is a drill and bolt job. There may better options.
