There were literally 100 photgraphers at Mono Lake with tripods and thousands of dollars of gear each. I literally had to take pictures through tripod legs and people having conversations...

 

One of my favorite photos that I've taken. This fluffy stuff is not snow, it's a foam that weighs about a quarter of the same volume of shaving cream. When breezes came through the foam would roll around like tumble weed.

 

The clouds were PINK at sunset. There is no Photoshop trickery here. Fluffy pink clouds. I've never seen anything like it before.

Simply beautiful, I really need to get away. It's been too long since i've gone to the great oudoors and camped. I also love the long beach aquarium, I love the ocean. Great pics!
