i gave weight last year during my senior year at high school.. was a great experience, got to help someone in need and get out of class

110 lbs minimum, that's for like a pint of blood, the more you weigh the more you can take, I think it is.

If you do plan on donating blood, make sure you get enough rest and nutrients for the three or four days before you go in and get the blood drawn. You also can't donate blood again for 8~10 weeks after you do it.

I'm eligible to donate again, so whenever is cool for me.
