All, Here is my original message from the other thread.

I went to my first Austin hill country drive this weekend and had an awsome time (except for the damn headache I could not get rid of) and met a lot of great people. One problem I always have and many of you may also is that when meeting many new people all at once it is hard to remember all of the names. People are however very good at remembering faces so here is the idea that came to mind. What if in the member pages we could post our picture (if we wanted to) so that everyone could put a name to a face? Just thought I would throw this out there and see what the response is like.

At the top of the page is the Icon "New Poll"
Just click on that and fill in the blanks. Its not hard to do at all. Try one for yourself and just delete it afterwards.

i think its a good idea cause if we see each other on the street we now who it is and we can stop and chat and stuff, my 0.02

I think it's a great idea too...but...I am my car and my car is me so if you haven't seen my car...you haven't seen me. Very Zen, don't you think?

Hey, who knows, if we do a couple of more drives, we could probably get copies of our "mug" shots from the sherrif's office to post (just kidding). I think it is a good idea, if we also have our car in the shot!

 

I think it is a good idea as long as that is what the member wants. Giving everyone the option of having it or not is probably the best way to go.
