Default dyno results

Well finally after a long time of waiting I was able to dyno. The night started out when me forgetting to mention to Tobi that we still needed to install the VAFC. Not to mention that I didn't have a harness so it took about an hour and a half to install and Tobi cramped inside the car. Thanks Tobi, I still owe you dinner.
Anyways we got to the dyno and the first runs we did the rpm reading were jumpy, so they spent a couple of runs trying to find a good connection. After 4 runs we had good readings and my first run the car made 304 hp and 190 something tq on a stock Vortech kit . With a little tweaking the car pushed 308 hp, then a couple of runs after and more adjustments the car laid down 322 hp and 196.7 tq. That was the peak hp for the night, after that tobi just adjusted the air/fuel to a good curve and the final result is 319 hp 196 lbs/tq I couldn't be happier that my car put down some impressive #'s

I will get the sheets scanned tonight after work so you guys can see the chart.

I hope I have the same numbers after I get Tobi to install my VAFC. That is the same hp #'s of my old 99SS LSI Camaro and that car weighed like 3,600lbs.

I was there too...very impressive...and I'm very JEALOUS. (Yes, I'm still bitter about my car getting totaled) We had a little highway run on the way back, and WOW! Mirrors car took off like a bottle rocket! I think my GSX is currently about as fast as a stock S2000 right now. I haven't been beat that badly since I raced a mid 12 second DSM when I had the 55 shot in my S2000. That's it, I'm not racing again until I get all the stuff I ordered put on!!

Damn, those are extremely impressive #'s. A supercharger has been in the back of my head for some time now, it may be time to add some boost very soon...

I really am not worried about the diff or clutch, the reason being is that most of the hp is at redline, if your not doing sick clutch drops all really should be fine. The torque numbers are huge and again all at high rpm. I do not think that the car's components are getting abused a great deal.
