Here is what I found out today from American Honda about the 2004 S2000:

A new 2.2 liter engine that has increased hp and torque
17" wheels standard
New front and rear bumpers
Improved gear ratios for increased performance
Spa Yellow is dropped, and a new yellow color is to be introduced
There is an interior color change with the Black exterior (didn't get all the details)

This is from a meeting today from American Honda to Honda dealers!!
This is NOT rumor!!

I'll post more details as I find out.

 

excellent news. since it will have a 2.2 liter motor, will it be called an s2200 now or still an s2000?

The spokesman didn't specify. In fact, he said the S2000 .....

 

That's sucks!!!, I just bought my S 3 weeks ago..... Good things come to those who wait, I guess....

 

argh...what about I-VTEC? I thought they were going to drop the S2000 altogether...
