I've been doing some research on this as I want to get a lightweight flywheel. The consensus with most people I've spoken to in So. Cal. is to use the stock pressure plate and disc but get a lightweight flywheel. The Toda and Comptech flywheels are mentioned frequently.

Toda is my first choice for flywheel, although the Exedy setup looks nice, but I don't the weight of their flywheel, and would like to if anyone knows..... I've searched the web and turned up nothing.....

Daily. The ride is fine. After taking a week to get used to the 6-puck, I'm able to drive it like it's an OEM setup. Smooth and not jerky for me. Just have to be a little slower with the clutch is all it takes.
