Hey Everyone-

So, I've had my Stook for just a month and have a little over 1000 miles on her. My first mod was done today and man was that the easiest possible change I could make. In about 5 minutes I replaced my orange side markers with nice new clear ones. Let me emphasize that these are the EXACT duplicate to the OEM's but in clear. I bought them from MG Racing for $50. I actually paid a bit more because I got them overnighted (couldn't wait ). They also sell them in smoke. It's such a minor thing but I think they make the car a lot more clean and smooth in appearance. What do you guys think? Sorry, for the dirty pics Gloria's getting her bath tomorrow. Enjoy

New from MG Racing

Before with Orange markers

After with Clear

Sweet...I would get some but they would be taken in a blink of an eye. I'm just waiting for my smoke badges to disappear.

I'm pretty much going to keep the orange side markers because they are so ugly...that no one is going to take them.

Unicron- no offense, but where do you live? I can't imagine that people would actually steal your side markers?

There're many sick people out there so watch out you clear side markers. I had my side markers on my Prelude stolen twice and my H emblem stolen countless times.
BTW, the sidemarkers on your S2000 look awesome.

They help reduce the amount of that nasty orange on your car, and it makes an even bigger difference on silver or white cars, IMO. Looks nice Silver, are you satisfied with the quality of the markers themselves? Also, do they come with an amber bulb?

My dealer installed exactly the same sidemarkers on my Stook when I complained about the ugly orange ones . They are truly a perfect fit. These indicators are made by http://www.in-pro.de . You shouldn't have any problems with those and they come as a set with amber bulbs.

Thanks everyone! Jay Li- Well, Nachtmeister answered my question about the bulbs. I am very happy with them so far. I think they just give a nice CLEAN look to the car. I'm sure they flatter certain colors more as you said. They fit perfectly and I would definitely recommend them. Their a bit pricey but it's only money, right?? Hee hee

Have any of the Aussies on the board done this? If so, can the sidemarkers be obtained locally or do we have to order from US/Germany in order to purchase?
