Maybe it's the time of year, but I seem to be accumulating a lot of bugs on my car. More than I ever did before on my red one or any of my black Preludes. My theory is that they go after that bright yellow. Must thing I'm a dandelion on wheels or something.

Any other yellow S2000 owners noticing this???

I hear ya on the HID's being part of the problem, but I've owned both a red and a yellow S2000 now, and I seem to find 3x as many bugs stuck to my front bumper and windshield on the yellow. So I figure that it's the yellow. I think I've collected more bugs in my 700 miles on the yellow than the 7000 I put on the red.

Yes at night that's a problem (HID's) but during the day when my car is in the drive I'm constantly getting bee's dancing on my hood thinking it's a gigantic flower and they
have just hit the motherload. They seem to be pretty perplexed when they just bounce off. And you guys thought it was a babe magnet...

Even when I was washing my car, when I went to dry it off it was crawling with bugs caught in the water beading off my hood. What's our paint called again? Spa nectar pearl? I wonder what happens when you crosspollenate two yellow S2000's? Ahhhh, spring...

I've noticed the same thing, and it probably doesn't help that bugs' color contrasts real well against yellow. You should have seen it when I did my full Zaino treatment (the car wash smells fruity) - I had swarms of them, and they'd get right back on after rinsing them off!

It is the yellow color. Bugs are attracted to yellow

Don't even talk about bugs... I did a short sunday ride (190mi) on my RC-51 today and got pelted with them... bad enough when they smear across your helmet to hinder your vision, but when those BIG bees slam into your chest at 100+, it hurts!

If you thought yellow was bad, try white.
We spent 4 hours seperating the bugs and tar from the stook today.
That doesn't even include washing or polishing.
That's just pre cleaners and clay magic.
