New Corbeau touring/autox seats have arrived
The Corbeau seats arrived yesterday, along with the seat rails.
A very pleasant surprise is the height of the shoulder harness slots from the floor (24"). This means the harnesses will extend almost straight back from my sholders to the anchor bolts behind the seats, an important safety consideration.
I have not had a chance to mount the TeamTech harnesses yet, but that should go fast, since the hardware is already installed.
Corbeau mounted the stock shoulder harness guides on the seat back and the lap belt attachments mount easily on the rail, so I will be able to use the stock belts when the harnesses are not being used.
Here are some photos.

Hmmmm. The colors look nice, but I don't like the way the leather seems to sag around the edges, like someone was trying to finish a rush job. The side bolsters look reasonably large, but the seat bolsters look too small and too far away for smaller-framed people such as me.
What's the cost?

Rick let me ask you something....since you have so many after market goody's on your car, what do you do with all the stock stuff you remove? I'm guessing you could damn near build another S with the extra parts. By the way, your car looks great!
