S2K was towed but not flatbedded.....
My stook was towed on friday and i'll get it tomorrow after I'll speak to my lawyer. I'm wondering about the damage they have done to the car by using a regular towing; they just pulled up the back-end.
Anybody have any idea about what could have been damaged beside the chin spoiler?
What are the things I should check if the POS at the impound had access to the interior of the car (and the engine)???

Ouch, hopefully nothing bad happened. How do you know it's wasn't flatbed towed? Good luck fighting the city they dont usually give a penny, I know I blew my tire and alignment(not the S2K) on a major well know pothole and they didn't give me anything.
S2K-Montreal: Were you on 20 heading towards the airport April 6th? I think I saw you (how many blk StooKs are there in Montreal?!). Was visiting for a wedding.
Hope the car's OK. Towing sucks. (and... towing companies suck more)

I got towed by the city here in Charlotte. Both my exhaust tips got dented. Not visible unless you get under them but a pain in the a$$ anyway. I was at fault and my lawyer said I wouldn't get anything from the city or the towing agency.

If they used a "wheel lift" type of wreaker to tow the car from the rear I would be concerned about the following areas:
Damage to the front spoiler.
Damage to the exhaust system.
Damage to the lower rear quarter panels.
Damage to the steering lock.
Damage to the drivers seatbelt.
If you look the car over closely and don't find any damage then it's probably ok.
Now if the S2K was AWD then we would have a problem...
