Aftermarket Injectors with Vortech Supercharger
Is anyone currently running aftermarket injectors on their supercharged S2000. If so, what brand and what size are they? Do they make a difference on supercharged S2000, or am I ok with the stock injectors?

Sky and Pinky are close, but a little off.
I am running custom made Ultimate Racing 755cc injectors. The e-manage can handle up to 540cc injectors on an S2000 doesn't matter what boost level you are running the max it can handle is 540cc. A way to use the e-manage + 540cc injectors + boost levels that require more fuel would require you to run a FMU just like the Vortech kit and Comptech kit have to boost the stock injectors. I am running stock fuel pressure with my upgraded injectors. Much safer and more headroom for tuning.
Pinky is right that I am not running stock Vortech boost levels. Stock on my GReddy electronic boost gauge showed about 7 psi. I am running a smaller pulley right now that is showing 9 psi and shortly I will have an even smaller one on that I estimate to show about 11 psi.
Ultimate Racing is offering three non custom injector upgrades, but I believe you can call them up and order injectors per your need/spec.

440, 600 and 785cc are the three kits they are offering on their website. They work great and come with ALL the parts you need. I highly reccommend UR and their injectors. I have been very happy with their level of service and product.
You will need something more powerful than an VAFC to control idle with injectors larger than stock. As noted above going to 540cc or below you could use the e-manage as a band aid and you can dial in good idle. With any injector or boost upgrade I suggest the AEM EMS. It is an awesome unit if you have the time and knowledge(or someone elses time and knowledge and some $) to tune it!

If you put larger injectors in with the VAFC you idle will be too rich and you will have no way to correct it with the VAFC. You can tune in RPM increments with the VAFC, but it has no feature/ability to tune idle. So if you add larger injectors, you will have some degree of tuning ability with the VAFC but your car will idle too rich. It will probably be lumpy and you will have funny throttle response when you start out in first gear. If you do a search for 1randyc you will see that he ran 440cc injectors with the VAFC and had a hard time pulling out enough fuel at idle to run smoothly. I think 440cc is the max size you could upgrade to with a VAFC and run(poorly that is). With anything larger I don't think you would be able to hold idle as it would be in the 10:1 air fuel range and the car would flood out.
The VAFC is a poor tuning tool. It can be useful for simple bolt on mods on a stock NA S2000, but otherwise it is crap. You can't do anything with larger injectors and you can't add more fuel with smaller injectors because you will exceed the stock ECUs limits(this is also a problem with the emanage).
If you are running lean with your supercharged S2000, your only option for more fuel with the stock injectors and VAFC would be to increase the fuel pressure(yet another band aid).
The cheap right way to do it would be a small injector size increase, getting a lower ratio FMU and a piggy back fuel system like the emanage and the best(most expensive) right way to do it would be oversized injectors, returning to stock fuel pressure and an AEM EMS.
Just in case you are wondering how I know all this, it is because I have owned a VAFC, e-manage and now the AEM EMS and I know personally how much better the AEM EMS than the others.

Jenner, thank you very much for all the info. the reason I'm asking this question's about bigger injectors is that I did not know if the stock injectors can hold the job with the Vortech. I don't want to run more than 7psi, but I want my car to run well and have no problems with it. If the stock injectors can hold it, and hold it for several miles than I'll stick with the stock injectors. But I thought that running larger injectors will be a lot better for the car. Jenner, if the car runs better with larger injectors for the psi that I want to run, will you recomend the E-manage? or just stick with the VAFC and stock injectors? thanks.

I had the stock injectors the stock vortech kit and a VAFC. I was running lean and I wanted more fuel. The quest for more fuel lead me to realize that if I spend a little more money I could get more power. That kinda spirialed out of control and here I am with 11psi, 755cc injectors and an AEM EMS!
I don't think the stock injectors and VAFC are enough. I was running lean and in time it would have taken it's toll.
I suggest running only Sunoco 94 for now, and if you want to be safer even with 7psi I would up the injectors to say 440cc and the emanage would be the cheapest solution. But I figure if you are going to spend $1000 doing all that plus the time to tune the emanage, you might as well get bigger injectors and a smaller pulley and the AEM EMS and spend your time tuning that. You will make more power, you will be very safe and you will have the ultimate ECU replacement for the S2000.
But it all comes down to time, money and if you can install/tune these parts yourself.

Jenner, I wish I knew how to do the job by myself, So my tech will do this for me. The thing that worries me is that I don't know anyone that can tune the E-manage, I know many people that can tune the VAFC, with that said, I don't know anyone either that can tune the EMS. how much are the 440cc? and the E-manage? I have to find someone who can tune this system.

Chris Barns can tune the AEM EMS or emanage for you. His name on the board is CJB80. He is in Florida.
The 440cc kit from UR is $380 + shipping:
http://www.ultimate-racing.com/Products/Honda-US.shtml
You'll need the emange, the support tool and the injector harness. Total is about $400 + shipping from this place:

Don't forget you can sell your VAFC for a few $ to someone else.
Hope this helps.
