Wilmington Meet June 14
Our next meet in Wilmington will be as follows:
When: Saturday, June 14
Time: 10:30 AM
Where: MyBad's SuperBad Pad
Edit: We'll meet at the CVS, corner of Oleander (HWY 74) and College Rd (HWY132) at 10:30.
The program will be an instructional video titled \"How to Make a Car\" on loan from Cape Fear Community Collge. The 30 min. video documents the making of a Ford Mustang beginning with a coil of steel arriving at the plant. I learned a thing or two watching it and thought others would enjoy it too.
After viewing it we'll have lunch at McCallister's on College Rd. We can park in the FNB Bank lot across the street (should be no one else there).
After lunch we'll have a spirited drive in Brunswick County!
Please reply to confirm that you will attend.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I propose that we have future meets on the second Saturday of each month.
For our July 12 meeting I've asked Shawn Dixon, CFCC Lead Instructor, Auto Body Repair, to give us demonstrations and instruction on paint repair. Everyone with swirls, scratches and rock chips should attend (that includes all of us, doesn't it?). Details to follow.
Suggestions for things to do at meets and places to drive are always welcome.
I look forward to seeing you on June 14.
(As always, all Carolinas' owners are invited!

Count me in, for once no conflicts!(The family is away so I can play)
I know of one nice curvy road in Brunswick County. I'ts off Hwy 133 turn right B-4 the Old Fort Golf course, ends up on Hwy 87.
But I'll need directions from the Bat Cave to My Bads SuperBad Pad!
