Default BADASS Honda S2000 commercial (but no vid)

I just now saw it on ESPN2 (Sportscenter). It's Michael Andretti teaching driver's ed. in a red S2000. They're going through the neighborhood, and Michael's telling the kid, "Left... left here... hang another left... left here..."

Then the boy's like, "Can I turn right?"

"Why would you wanna do that?"

Anyway, it's a Honda commercial promoting their efforts in IRL.

Looks like they were drifting, but had it in slow motion.

I saw it the other day. It's a pretty good commercial...especially from Honda.

My friend was telling me he saw the commercial during the Spurs/Nets game this past weekend.

Anyone have a video of it?

Another good Honda commercial:

The one where they say "The track is where we get some of our best ideas." And the guys have light bulbs over there heads...

Then this major HOTTIE walks past the pits and everyone stares at her and their light bulbs all start flashing.

Definitely one of the better Honda commercials (released in the US ). Very un-Honda-like.

The Andretti commercial was pretty dumb... The kid launches the car with some good wheelspin (yeah, right) and then proceeds to 4 wheel drift the car while going 20 mph through residential neighborhoods.

Now that you mention it, it was pretty dumb. Drifting at 20mph! WHOOT!

I still think the best Honda commercial is the Japanese S2000 commercial where the S2000 comes hauling off the dirt road onto the paved road (in slow motion), kicking the tail out big time, but recovering. Then at the end, it says, "Do you drive a Honda?"

The worst commercial is the one released in the US when the S2000 was first released. It starts off with all these different buttons (Intel, vote ____, etc) then it says, "Amazing things happen when you push the right buttons."

It shows the EGINE START button then goes to the S2000 driving through that desert place. I thought it was pretty dumb at the time. Still do, actually.

I like that commercial, pretty witty, although it wasn't really an S2000 commercial, but had an S2000 in it nonetheless.
