Well, as I posted before, I was up aganist with a NSX, even tho we all doubt that will be the lousiest NSX I met, but I am still happy. Cuz it is still a NSX, However, I think now, I like NSX more than S2000... Cuz the engine sound and its style is more like what I want. but..Money is a problem... Integra Type-R, never seen one yet, but I guess the overall will be depending on the skill of the driver. Peace~

I had raced a NSX with custom exhaust on some twisty mountain road. With rpm kept at vtech range, I can ride the bumper of that NSX and the sound of two V-tech screaming is supere. On straight line, I don't think S2000 can win the NSX.

Haven't you guys read the January Road & Track. They compare the NSX and S2000, among others, on the track. The results were:
-----------------NSX-----------S2000
0-60--------------4.9------------4.9

Braking 60-0-----134ft----------134ft

Lap Time----------2min 14sec-----2min 17sec

Slalom-----------62.1-----------65.9

Skid Pad----------0.92g----------0.90

HP/torque--------290/224--------240/153

PRICE-------------$88,850--------$32,477

That 0-60 time in the magazine is not right. I wrote to the editor and he said it was a typo( That time didn't seem right to me). They had the real s2000 0-60 time at, I think it was 5.4.

On that issue of R&T they listed NSX times for S2k ttimes on most of the specs - thats why a lot of them are identical. It was proven on this board awhile back, sorry guys. We are not even with an NSX.

Here's the deal: You can hang around with an AUTO PRE-97 NSX. 5-speed Pre-97 is a little harder. He'll beat you in acceleration, but not by much. Anything that 97+ is no contest, auto or 6-speed, t-top or hardtop. 97+ Zanardi=Ass wooping on acceleration. Track: depends on driver. Want to play with the NSX, get a S/C(tune it right).
My 2 pennies.
