No, I am not the original owner but I have not had any issues with the bike since I have owned it (for the past year)

There are some cracks on a few of the platics, so I assume it has been dropped at one time or another. The frame is not bent in any way shape or form... It will drive staight with no hands @50mph or 150mph (although I wouldn't recommend doing so
