Welcome to the club!!! I've had a 10" AlumaPro
in my pass. footwell for over a year now and I love it!!!
I don't know why more people don't mount their sub there!!

Dude, that's pimp. Nice write up, maybe I could leave my 10 in the back and put another 10 upfront also!

 

Sounds like a decent 10" sub should sound. Won't pound your eyeballs out, but is loud enough to be felt in your chest. I don't like boomy subs, so I made sure the driver/cabinet combo would be well damped, and it definitely is. Good thump with no boom.

I haven't gotten around to tweeking the cross-over yet, but I plan on setting up the frequency generator and sweeping the low end so I can play with different roll-off and turn-over settings to get the sub/door speaker match just right. I just made a guess when I installed it. Anyway, I'll try to take some dB readings when I do that. Probably late August before I have time.

 

where can i get one fo the footwell subs???? or is that custom????
