I have been following the thread since you posted it and, man, that is just wrong. He is lucky you didnt just tell him to shove that CF hood up his Ass!!!! That's what I would have done. I mean you ordered a CF hood and got a mis-matched crap weaved whatever kind of hood he tried to sell you. It was his job to check the product before shipping.

Coming from a business standpoint, I have dealt with this too. I sent out a new bumper the same week I heard a complaint. The dist had no prob also and said they could keep the crap bumper too (since it was basically garbage in their eyes and not worth the shipping price). Any respectable business/distributer would have done the same.

Good luck and I would give him a week to get it to you. School takes up at the most 6 days and if he cant get it to you in 1 weeks time, he is not willing to help at all. Best of luck and hopefully you get what you want.

I suggest if there is anymore discussion of violance then it be conducted in a manor that CAN NOT be monitored, stored and recalled at a later date i.e computer HD. Some common sense will go a long way to get this solved, by whatever means you deem necessary, without leading to legal action or evidence for said action. With that in mind, if you know where this chump lives, which can be traced from ICQ, Paypal, etc....I suggest a friendly but firm "I know where you live" letter or such. Also, publish his Ebay ID and those of that check Ebay often will look out for auctions and ebay the bidders to let them know what kind of crook he is, etc (there are MANY ways to screw people's auctions on Ebay). Remember, keep it legal or keep it smart and don't get caught. This POS (yes, s2k01 you are a POS lil' b*tch) is not worth going to jail for. Then again, If he happens to be in the wrong place at the wrong time....then that's karma kicking him in the a$$

S2k01 If you're reading this.... YOU'RE GOING TO HELL...... You're right about staying busy at school.. hopefully you'll learn some common sense there. Are you that dense to not realize that EVERYTHING YOU SAY can be documented?.. DONT SHOW YOURSELF AROUND HERE or in the country of Canada driving your S2000 around.... did you use paypal? It gives an email address that can be traced or atleast a name associated with that email (PM muz, he knows how to trace this stuff). Get the name, look him up and get his address.
