This is the URL I used to get them. Choose the bottom set in the list (only two listed). It says for "92-96 Civic".

Is the part number 40.2502.SM for the dome clear lenses of the flat "bike reflector looking" lense. You got the dome lense correct?

I got the flat "bike reflector-looking" type from CarParts.com. After my little metal tab fiasco (see my website...click on 'Michelle', then 'modifications'), I installed them about an hour ago using a thin bead of caulk. They look good, and I'm taking a break from removing the side badges to write this.
