And how much did you pay? I'm in the market, I'm actually waiting for a car to come into Bakersfield. They are selling at MSRP. Has anyone found a dealer around here willing to do that?

San Leandro is giving me some song and dance about charging more for the silver cuz it's more popular. We'll see. You two that bought there, what color are your cars, and who did you deal with?

Kim Hoang and the car is red. Basically, I went on their web site for a quote and they quoted me MSRP.

hm...color vs price could go both ways... "Silver is more because it's popular" or "yellow is rare and therefore costs more" are lines the dealers are using on everyone.

Well..... I finally got the price I wanted and am currently driving around in my silverstone 2001 S2000. San Leandro finally came around.
