Thought I would start a new topic in here centred around the animals that bring a smile to our face each and everyday...

Here are some recent shots of our Doberman - Maya on vacation in the US...

Here she is in Chicago...

Relaxing in St. Loius...

Visiting one of the Meccas of Speed...

Overlooking the Mississippi...

And finally, a Canadian vs and an American in a Mexican standoff ...

Also, if you look closely, you will find Maya in my avatar.

Post some of your favorite pics of your pet!

Hey - great idea. Unfortunately, my last doggie died about a year ago and since I'm now in a condo I haven't gotten another. Her name was Lady Sadie of Alexandria (her registered name - Sadie for short). She was a beautiful Weimaraner. Maybe I can find a pic to post. Keep 'em coming! Wantone has a great pet pic thread out here so you might want to check that one out, too!

Here's the pups (Ginger & Mitten) about 12 seconds after they got their new bed for Christmas

And here's the older one - Ginger, (aka "Queen of the Nile")

OK, so this isn't a house-hold pet, but fun just the same:

For those with HS Internet and Quicktime, check here for a squirrel video worthy of "Funniest Animals".

Here are my dogs Vector and Whiskey, waiting in my open van to see if I'll take them somewhere.

Another of Vector.

Our airhead, fraidy cat Crystal.

Our bossy, loud mouthed, lover boy, Zoro.

I grew up with both dogs and cats, and now that I have finally bought my own home, I'm awaiting the arrival of my future Maine Coon kitten. I can't wait to add a pet of my own into my home.

As as a friend of Matrix, let me through this one out there... Maya really is a wonderful dog!
