Default A lower control arm broke and now my car is hurt, bad. (pics)

Just drivig along at about 25 going around a turn and SNAP! lost control. Don't know why it broke. My supsension isn't that modified. Just neuspeed springs and 18" RHs?

damn, how the hell did THAT happen?? i'd figure the joints in the suspension would be more vulnerable to breakage than the arms themselves...

Not sure how that broke, but thats your knuckle not the control arm.

I've never seen a failure like that. Did you have vibration under acceleration? Maybe its related to that which is caused by a worn inner CV and is made worse by lowering the car.

I've got you beat tho I had a hub fail at about 80mph on the track

Ouch, that's painful to see. I assume you're going to check with Honda about warranty coverage on this breakage. Be prepared to have that denied based on aftermarket springs and wheels.

ouch. looks like God put a footlock on your Honda but it was too stubborn to tap.

ok, other than the serious neg-camber goin on in this pic... something about the lighting in combo with the nice clean silver wheels makes your shiny-clean (Zaino?) S look kinda like a light burgundy... and it looks damn sweet! and red is far from my fav color too. makes me think that our car would really look good as a burgundy.
