To all the New S2K owners and some of the older ones....Register your VIN's!!!
I have noticed quite a few of you havent registered your VIN numbers yet. Sometimes reading a post about someone with the same experience as you isnt as convincing if it shows you're not an Owner. Besides, dont you want to show the wholee world you own an S?
To do this, just follow these steps. It's easy and FREE!!!

Click on the START button (just like your car) in the upper left side of the page.

It will go to a drop down menu, click on EDIT PROFILE

In your profile, there is a spot half way down to enter your car's VIN....Dont worry, this only is used to make you a OWNER, no one can see this.

After you enter your VIN, chose your MY (Model Year) and Color.

Then hit Submit and Viola!!! You are now an OWNER.
Now, if you do that and it wont allow you to register your VIN, it may be because someone already has that VIN registered for them, (if you bought it used, this may be the case), or the VIN was wrong. If you run into a problem please email support@s2ki.com and we will fix your account.
The VIN is located in numerous places on your car. Most common is in the dash on the lower drivers side windshield. It can also be found on your drivers side door. Pretty much every body panel has a VIN, kinda like your car's DNA. You can also find it on your registration if all else fails. This is a 17 digit number starting with J and the last 4 digits are the car's build number.
If anyone needs any help with this, feel free to ask. Happy Vtec'ing and safe driving

Oh yeah, also....this is not mandatory. It is for your own benifit and for others to recognize you as an owner. Besides, if you ever want to sell anything in the F/S forum, you have to be a registered owner.
