Does anybody know snowbebe??

I sent him money for a Phoenix Gold 450 Amp & Center Console...
But the day after I sent it to him... he said he didn't have the amp anymore and wanted to sell me somethign else.
We agreed on just sending me the console and returning the money via Paypal again.
But he said he couldn't send me back the money I over paid for a few days.

I wanna give this guy the benefit of the doubt. But its been almost a week... No response via email or PM.. and more importantly no center console or $ back from paypal.... This guy usually responds within the day.

Help.

 

I know him locally.. Ive done business with him, since his mishap of his car (reason why he was selliing everything). I sold him a few stuff, and I also bought from him. He was pretty understanding when I had issues I ran into. I would give it a little more time, I know his cell fone is occupied by his rents sometimes and hes not home all the time. If nothing comes up, let me know.

i'll let him to discuss this cuz i dont feel that its my duty, but he ended up having to sell the car and was parting his cars out. he might just be busy on that since his car is in the shop.

I also sent snowbebe $600 for an HKS Hiper exhaust. Still no exhaust. This was back in october. He is having some sort of trouble sending me money back or my exhaust b/c he claims to have been defrauded out of $1000 for seats he was supposed to have purchased from S2KJohnny. He claims not to be able to get the parts off his car or return anyone's money.

 

Snowbebe needs to handle the problems he's created even before the outcome of his other mess.

 

I bought an OEM CD changer/install kit/spare cartridge from snowbebe, it was supposed to be in good condition and complete except for the cable. He did not ship or respond to emails or PMs (even though I saw he had read the PMs) for over a week. I was ready to recover the money through PayPal when he was posting that thread about not getting his seats... I responded to him on that thread, and in a day or so he responded and shipped the stuff, and I don't know if he had finally gotten around to it or didn't want to damage his case on that thread about the seats.

What I got was not what I hoped for - a rusty cage and the CD changer and spare cartridge, nothing else, not even the screws that mount the changer. Even worse, he put one piece of foam in the box, between the box and the rusty cage, but left the CD changer bouncing around the cage so it got all scraped up on one end.

I emailed him about the problem and never heard back. I really lucked out because the CD changer actually worked... So I didn't get totally screwed, but it was a far from satisfactory deal, I had to buy a whole install kit after all. If it was on ebay I would have given him a negative feedback.

Hopefully you paid him with PayPal and can dispute the charge.

All I can say is I met him once and talked to him a couple of guys after that and he seemed alright (albeit a bit young and wreckless). I'm not vouching for him, just saying I met him and he was a nice guy. I would give him one more week especially it being the holidays and all.
