Itinerary
- 10AM: Meet at the Snapper Creek Service Plaza on the Turnpike and SW 120th Street - Mile Post 19.
- 10:15AM: Depart for Tiki Bar Islamorada

- 1:30PM to 3PM: Photo Session
- 3:15PM: Depart for Dave & Busters at Dolphin Mall

Notes

Make sure your S is nice and clean for the photos. The photos will be used for a special project I'm working on.

Please be on time, especially on Sunday at 10AM. We will be meeting at the Snapper Creek Service Plaza on the Turnpike Mile Marker 19, by SW 120th Street.

Both maps and detailed directions will be provided for you on Sunday morning.

Due to the attendance of this drive, we will be dividing the drive group into two groups. mav and DaWorm will both be group leaders.

There will be a short 5 minute meeting to go over the details, any questions you may have, etc.

Be prepared to sign a liability waiver.

Group 1 will promptly depart at 10:15AM, followed by Group 2 5 minutes later.

Please...
Do not drive in an aggressively manner, endangering yourself or others on the road. You must adhere to all traffic laws.
Do not pass your group leader.
Use your common sense.
Bring your two-way radios (GMRS/FRS) for the drive as forms of communication. No Nextels.

Notes
Parking has been pre-arranged with the Dolphin Mall Valet Service. $2 Flat Rate per car. You can either have them valet your car in the secluded area off to the side or self-park in the VIP section. Valet area is fenced off and only one way in and out. The VIP section is roped off but people can walk around the cars if they wanted to, etc.

Good plan, Warren. This is simpler than trying to arrange a room and all. Those who want to go to HIN can leave a little early and the rest can hang out.

I'm in for D&B for sure. I'm probably not going to HIN.

If there is going to be a drive, I suggest its done during the day and then we end up at D&B. Everybody will be drinking at D&B and its probably not a great idea to encourage group drive afterwards, especially with what Tommy learned about liability issues for the MODs on group drives

 

I'd be all about a tiki run... I'm in for D&B, out for HIN.

Sounds like a good plan though! The tiki run is definately a day thing though Warren!

 

I think we'll be in for D & B. I'll be in for the drive - not sure if I'll have my +1 w/ me for that or not.

So the schedule can slide... don't wanna get too crazy at Tiki as we'll be driving back up....

Depending on how long we wanna stay at Tiki controls when we initally meet. want more time.. for say lunch at Tiki.. then we meet at 10am.. Tiki for lunch (Noon->130).. pix 130 - 230 up to D&B 430 5pm

Again... schedule is flexible.. opinions welcome...
