Default Stock injectors maxed at 360 HP

With the new Alaniz head, Vortech, and AEM EMS, dynoed 362 HP today and the AF went way lean above 8000 rpm. Sure enough, the injectors hit max duty cycle and could not pump anymore gas.

Overall the setup is very smooth and powerful, like Honda should have made this car.

The torque is up over 60 ft lbs. The HP is up 139.3 over baseline. This is at only 7 lbs of boost max. I expect to see another 40 or 50 HP with a few more changes excluding more boost for the time being. Currently running the factory exhaust but that will change in a month or so.

Thanks to UL for all the dyno work setting up the AEM and helping me get started.

Just click on the graph to get the larger versions.

Holy cow!

Good job!

The scary thing is knowing that there's more there if you change the exhaust, pulley and injectors.

Why the dip in torque from 4500 - 5500?

Yes, please tell me this is flywheel power so I don't have to go buy an aftercooler and an AEM and a bunch of dyno time. I'm not sure I could stand to leave 80 HP sitting on the table for a few add-ons and some tuning.

That is not true. Software glitch from what I understand.

SEVNT4, We programmed the torque dip in to allow the rear tires to get traction. The VTEC point was set about 5000 rpm.

Slows2k, factory 7lb pully. Time will tell on the injector selection with 440s to 685s being looked at. Leaning towards 550s.
