I just spoke to the Catoctin Inn about procedures for confirming our rooms for the night of April 24. We'll have the entire Inn to ourselves, so it will be a Vintage delight!

Here's what you need to do to confirm your room:

1. Call the Catoctin Inn and say that you are with the S2000 Vintage Group staying at the Inn on the evening of April 24. The Inn has two telephone numbers: 800-730-5550 or 301 874-5555.

2. Reserve the type of room listed for you below by providing your real name and board name, address, and credit card information. Please note that since there are only 6 rooms in the house, so one person listed for the house may have to switch to a King Deluxe.

I will be making dinner arrangements at the Inn for all of us on Saturday night, so you don't need to worry about that. I'll be speaking to the chef on Tuesday about the menu. Dinner will be about $25 per person for what I'm told will be an outstanding meal.

Rick- Tried to confirm....the 800 number listed gets a magazine subscription service!!! The website lists the number as 800-730-5550 but the office appears to now be closed
