Default Rumor.......2005 is the last model year for our beloved S...????

Guys,

There some some rumors floating around in the net, saying 2005 will be the last model year for our S.

Does anyone know anything about this.

It will be sad to see the S go

I think this rumor comes out every year. I'll believe it when it's printed on a press release.

I would think the S would be in production for another 3 years due the new one out this year. Why go through all the expense of development and only sell the new one for two years? A salesman I know says Honda usually does a 4 year cycles for thier cars. Besides our car is the best car for the money hands down.

Just my two worthless cents.

I agree.

I am hoping, after this 4 year cycle, the next new S will have an inline 6 and over 300hp. It will be awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I heard the same rumor. Both the S2000 and the NSX Acura will be an all new generation for '06. The S2000 will be out first, then the Acura.

So true. That was the rumour then and that's why I bought one at the time. No other years were made. What you guys are driving around is pure figment of your imagination.

It never ceases to amaze how this stupid rumour SUCKS somebody in at any given time. We'll know when it's the last year when it's the last year.
