His name was Rel A. Ravago, 20 years old from CA.

He was killed in action in Iraq, Mosul.





He was always cheerful and happy. He always did what he was told and he was a good ing soldier. I miss him and my platoon misses him, but i know his parents miss him the most.

I just want everyone to know that FREEDOM IS NOT FREE.
good kid like SPC Ravago gave up his life for our great nation.

i dont think some of you guys understand the situation over there in Iraq.

Best defense for our country is Offense.
Because US soldiers are over there in Iraq, terrorists and enemies of our nation is now more focus in Iraq. They have many terrorists coming in from the borders of Iraq... Syria, Iran, alfgan, etc etc. So while some of you think that Iraqi freedom operation is not important, in a big way it is.

Perhaps maybe this is reason why things like 9 11 hasnt occur again and i hope it doesnt ever again.

War always has good and bad sides:

Good - they got rid of Saddam
Bad - too many families loose their loved ones!

I have friends that were sent to Iraq and luckily they all came back - ALIVE!

I feel for all those soldiers out there - may they return healthy.

And for all those who had to leave their lives

I'll print this off and show it to my soldiers that people actually care. some soldiers are bitter that US Soldiers seem to have no support from back home.
