Pictures and a movie from the June drive
It seems that we lost the thread on the June drive so here is the info again.
The link below is to mine and Suzuka Sue's pictuers. Thanks to Sue we also have an AVI file. You may need the Quicktime player to view the AVI.

At the end of the day we met up with a 2002 BMW M3. With 333 hp, 18" wheels, and tons of German technology it is one hell of car (at twice the price of an S2k). Johnyboy32 and I decided to drive up US19 with Big Blue. All I can say is that it's a very fast car and that the S2K's were not far behind.

Hope everyone had fun and we'll do something again next month!

Looks like great fun! Sorry our meet last weekend (New Hope, PA) got doused by the weather. We WILL try again!
BTW, I hope the silver (soooo many) drivers all knew their license plate numbers. Looks like it would be easy to pick the wrong one and try to drive it away.

Tim,
I've got myself a 2001 Toyota Tacoma S-Runner for a great deal ($3,000+ under sticker plus I didn't have to pay for the sales tax! Because this guy bought the truck and can't afford to make the payments. He had it for less than 2 month with only 692 miles on it)
Still working on my CRX! Already spent over $4,000 into it (not including the purchase price of the car) But I have a great set of 16" Kosei Racing Senaka wheels with 205/45/16 Kumho Super 712 tires with it. and whole set up for the rear SI disc brakes plus all the hardware (new from Honda) S.S. braided brake lines, front and rear strut bars, Energy suspension polyurthan bushings, 9.5" Brembo discs for the rear, and more. the suspensions are going to be all new parts, which including wheel hubs and bearings and mounting hardware. Right now, I'm waiting on the 1-1/2" lowered rear control arms, 1-1/2" lowered front knockles, coil-over with 250 lb front and 175 lb rear springs. Also waiting for the 11"big front brake (Wilwood 4-piston billet aluminum Caliper- at only 2.5 lb). So, as you can see. I'm pretty much out of money, because I just bought a house; I need the down payment for the house, The closing date is schedule to be at the end of July.
Just think! Now I'll have a garage to work on my cars. I might even fix up my Fiat 850 Spyder and the old 74 Porche 914 for racing, may be? I just have too many 2 seaters! And I really need a truck for the house. The house needs a lot of work: painting, yard work, fixe the holes on the wall, and more. You know the deal.
Anyway, good to hear from you!
Later!
Dennis
