Default Fujitsubo exhaust installed!.......PICS!

"what exhaust am i gonna order from the huge list avalible??"
this was what i was thinking when i decided to get an exhaust for my s2000 three weeks ago
after many searches....i decided that i was better off with a quality exhaust that was not too loud and that was a dual setup
i came across threads for the RS*R exhaust......the Fujitsubo exhaust review by sebrings2k(thanks for the review man).....and the invedia exhaust
i liked em all, but i decided againest the invedia because it was too loud, and againest the RS*R cause i didnt have enough info on it
so i ordered the fujitsbo
got a call yesterday from Q8boy telling me that my exhaust has finally arrived from japan.....i was sooo happy!
i quickly arranged with him to go pic it up, after a long day, i finally went to a local exhaust shop where i can install it
the packaging was huge!! i could have slept there, and it was well wrapped
the package came with everything i needed for a quick install
the exhaust itself is very high quality....stainless steel from tip to tip, and it was sooo polished!
the installation took 30minutes, and i payed 18$ for the install
here are some pics
first i took the exhaust to the shop like this!.....i got a lot of stares, and it rained half way there
people thought i was crazy!

this is the old exhaust coming off!! hell it looks ugly like that!

in goes the new Fujitsubo!! the guy who installed comented on how it looked awesome and of its high quality for an aftermarket piece
check it out a single!

then the second one goes

all installed!! but....i couldnt take pics yesterday manly because we had rain and dust!
so the whole country looked muddy!

at first when i first fired it up, i couldnt help feel disapointed , there was a ZERO gain in sound
and i got more disapointed after that! as i drove away, i didnt notice any extra sound
i thought, if someone is gonna make an exaust , at least make it sound a bit louder than the stock!
then after an hour of driving, i could feel that the exhaust was getting louder, and it got louder every hour i drove
that night i gave it some WOT drives, and i can tell you.....it starts out with a deep low rumble that goes from 2500rpm to 4500rpm(this sounds super sweet!!), then the exhaust sound disapears and apears again in VTEC with the AEM intake as a more growly intake sound....kinda like a amp for the intake
there is no booming sound whatso ever with this exhaust!
WOOOW!!! is all i had to say all night!!!
i didnt dyno my car, but i was deff feeling a stronger push in VTEC
i was sooo pleased with what i perchased......and best of all, it looks soo good esp with the huge tips and the shiny barrels
i think its the best looking exhuast for the s2k with the comptech a close second
i heard three exhausts for the s2k.....
spoon N1 which was mighty loud but mean sounding
APEXi N1 which was louder than spoon but is a bit farty
HKS which was not too loud but was too farty for my likeing
my exhaust sounds soo quite sompared to this trio, but the sound is there!! as a sweet growl that you what to keep hearing more and more!!
these pics i took today

soo...what do you think?

Saud-- that looks great!! I love the contrast of the shiny silver mufflers with the deep monte carlo blue of your car.

the way you describe the sound-- especially the "growl" that I already love from my stock exhaust-- makes me want to get this exhaust. that growl, especially when rev-matching in a downshift, is one of the sweetest sounds our motors make.

thanks for giving your opinion of the sounds of the other two exhausts. have you by any chance compared it to the Amuse Dual-Titan? was it the price (more than 1/2 price-- yes I know)? the sound of the Amuse? or something else that made you not consider it?

also, how was it weight-wise? significantly lighter than stock?

the amuse was way too high priced!!
it would cost me over 3000$ to get to kuwait!!!
the growl on the stock exhaust is nothing compared to the fujitsubo it sounds soo much better now esp with my intake
its a cool 12pounds lighter than stock

$3000 ?!?! OMG. yikes, that's a lot. it's "only" $2000 here in the US.

I do loooooove that growl. congrats. your car looks (and sounds) great.

Excellent write up Saud! Wow - the Amuse is really expensive there! Doesn't one of your friends have an Amuse?
