SO I didn't follow Blair's advice again
and took my car to somewhere else for a simple oil change (it was a Honda dealership though). Well 2500-2700 miles into the oilchange my s develops an oil leak under the oil pan area. I take it to EG Honda into Todd's loving hands and he finds that the original dealer put the WRONG filter on the car. Now my perfectly clean driveway and garage have oil spots all over them. What would you do?

Raise HELL with the dealership. Demand compensation for the mess they caused. Inform them they will be held directly responsible for ANY future engine problems caused by the lack of proper lubrication caused by their mistake. Write a letter describing all of the above, and "cc" at the bottom of the letter to your atty.(weather or not you have one) and Honda corp. Speak only with the service mrg and/or general manager. This may get their attention.
Most importantly never let any one but Todd at EG Honda touch your car.

I agree with Mark... at the very least let service manager know what a-holes the service dept. is. I do all my own oil/filter etc. etc. changes but anything else either Neil (Rolling Audio or Todd at E.G. Honda touches my car). Raj, you can touch my car (but only the passenger side, please).
