Default Pictures of my new panel in my trunk

It covers an Alpine amp, and I put a slot in for my CD changer.
A buddy of mine banged this off pretty quick.
The plexi dosen't show like it should, but there is a Honda "H" underneath
that just needs some back lighting. Although you still can see it with normal daylight.

Let me know what you think!

Mike
PS. The poor guy could use some cash, if any one is interested in this or something similar.

That's very cool. It's kind of like the custom sub box that I'm waiting on right now. It's recessed like yours, with a vented cover that sits flush with the rest of the floor. Out of curiousity, why is the cutout in the shape of a trapezoid?

Can he make a housing like that for a 12" Sub with amp?

I'm sure he could, I'll ask him tonight. Would you want the amp to be visable, or conceled?
The reason that it's an odd shape is because the graphic I sent him scaled wrong and he went by that. It will be fixed by saturday. He noticed that it was wrong, but figured I wanted it that way

I would perhaps be interested but can't afford it at this time. I would want something similiar to that but I would want to keep my spare tire (which doesn't look affected) and my tools. I drive my car every day so I need these things. How would the speaker face? Downfiring? Also what would the enclosure be made of?

Mike: Hmm.. I'd love to get something like that done since I'm tossing the Prelude and buying a dedicated race car.. and I'm not sure if you've seen the system in my lude, but there's lots of goodies that need to go somewhere. 'course I'd still run the S2K in Solo 2. I wonder if I want to add 20lbs of weight in the trunk though. Bah it's only 20lbs.

I wonder if he's crafty enough to make it removable. Then again.. I have a box already I can use...put a handle on the top and bam.. removeable.. put the amp around the spare or something. Hmm... I'll have to have a closer look at the work on Sunday.

My amp and box are removable. I think those 20 lbs make a signifiacant difference.
