FRIDAY NIGHT ROLL-IN AND SHOW INFO June 25th, 2004

The night before the show WE ALL NEED TO ROLL-IN TOGETHER!! FRIDAY!!
What this basically means is that we HAVE TO LEAVE OUR CARS OVERNIGHT
Friday in the Convention Center Hall with a 1/8 tank of gas or less!
This is going to be challenging since we will be coming from different geographic locations.
But think of the scene!!

The actual show and judging is Saturday night from 5 p.m. till 12. We will be allowed back in the Convention Center at 2 PM on Saturday before the show for detailing.

Everyone who registers gains entry for themselves, their car, and one guest
(person to drive you home or to the hotel on Friday night)
This is a great deal..if you were going to go to the show it costs 25 per person,
and this way you get to drive you and your guest in YOUR car right into the convention center!!! no valet parking..no waiting

Registration fee is $51.75 each car. (which includes $1.75 for Paypal charges) , if we can register 20 cars or more we will receive a discount!

After registration is completed and if there is money owed back to us, I will divvy the money up and refund everyone who ATTENDS the show.

REFUNDS of registration fee and more details

Once we are registered as a group there will be no refunds. There are no refunds for no-shows. HIN will not refund my money; therefore, I can not refund your money. PLEASE only pay in advance if you are positive that you will attend and can drop off your car on FRIDAY night!

We will be judged individually (well our cars that is )

Our cars will be classified on Friday during roll-in.Classifications are
either mild/wild/extreme.

There is best ICE award and a 1st - 3rd for sound presentation.

Electrical Requirements
If you want/need electric to show off your goodies electric is solely purchased through the convention center and not included with show registration. Please read the electrical form PDF and print out electrical from and fax it into the convention center. DEADLINE is JUNE 4TH for electric!!

Hotel info

Most of the hotels near the Convention Center cost a fortune, and parking is another fortune!

Last year most people stayed at the Best Western on the other side of town (5-7 minute cab ride to the Conv Center) Also this hotel is literally 2 blocks from my house so this will make roll-in coordination easier
