Yes the site was down today. As a matter of fact, about 1/2 of the companies hosted in the datacenter where S2KI lives were down for a significant portion of the day due to bungling technicians attempting a software upgrade on a live UPS in the middle of the day without informing anyone.

Our issue was compounded by the fact that the power disruption managed to frag our firewall and Rylan had to make a trip out to the ISP to resuscitate it.

Nothing to say about this but that we're sorry. It happened due to something out of our control and there was nothing we could do differently that would have prevented it. We're hosted in a major 1st class datacenter that should employ people who know better.
