Saw A Genuine S2000 TV Commercial Tonight (1st time ever)
I was watching a "King of Queens" rerun at 11:30pm on my local Fox channel. Then it came on -- a 30 second ad for an S2000. The commercial featured one of the silver cars with the red/black interior. Plenty of driving action. Commentary about the heritage of Honda, etc.
Then it said "The S2000, from Honda"
I wish I could remember more, but it caught me off guard.
Does this mean Honda has to increase sales? I wonder why the just now start TV ads for this car in year 5?
Pretty cool ad, nonetheless. Has anyone else seen it?

Was it a commercial from Honda or a dealer sponsored ad? Wow, I would love to see it if it is from Honda.

It was from Honda!
It wasn't the people who look like their cars....it wasn't Michael Andretti having some kid turn left, it wasn't for AutoZone, it wasn't a President's day sale, and it wasn't Richard Dreyfus talking about the power of dreams.
It was every bit a Honda ad and it featured ONLY the S2000. I was really surprised.
In fact, I remember that the beginning featured the sound of the engine. I actually had the menu screen up on my digital cable so I only heard the audio -- but I came back immediately to see what it was. It showed a lot of the car in motion -- much like a BMW ad (but without those queer little guardian angel X-Drive turds).
