Ok...this is the ONLY forum that didnt have this, and it was great.

I love that i can go to mys2k and have all the posts I am involved in be right there. I HATE when on something like e46fanatics, you have to subscribe to the thread you are in so that it appears in your usercp section. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE, do NOT do subscriptions.

You don't have to subscribe if you don't want to. If you want the system to auto-subscribe you to anything you post in, set it in your MyS2K->Email Settings->Enable 'Email Notification' by default? and check it. I hope I'm understanding your post properly...

I dont think he means email subscription. When you are in MY S2K, and click on topics, nothing shows up as far as topics you posted in unless you click the Track This Topic link at the top of the page...I agree, it is very annoying and a waste of time.

Bump because this is a serious issue, and makes the forum incredibely annoying.

Subscribing to threads makes the post count on the forum much lower, as people abandon their participated topics. (I used to moderate A LOT)

Basically.......

In VERSION 3 of s2k.....if I replied to this thread, and someone else added a new reply, I click on mys2k, this thread is automatically there.

With version 4, its not there unless I track this topic MANUALLY.

Please get rid of this feature, and make the tracking automatic.

I dont want emails everytime someone responds to my thread, I want it to be in mys2k automatically.

Get what I mean???

Thanks a lot, Dave.

Maybe this is related... In v3 I could add forums to mys2k, but not get email notifications of every post.

Now, it looks like I have to subscribe to a forum, which does indeed trigger a lot of emails. Is there some other option that I'm just not seeing?

Krazik said in another thread that MyS2k is not completed yet. Be patient.
