Default Constant Clicking Noise From Front Roof Area

I wonder if anyone can help me. I have a constant clicking noise coming from the front roof area between the rear view mirror and the right latch. I have tried cleaning the seals and reapplying Shin-Etsu, to no avail. Can anyone help me get rid of the noise? It subtracts from the enjoyment of the ride. Thanks.

I also get alot of clicking noises from the roof when it's up. The exact places seem to vary according to the outside temperature. It can be quite annoying but is so variable I can't pin down one specific area. Mine is only 6 weeks old so I put it down to the roof bedding in and stretching. If it keeps up I will let the dealer have a look.

I just added some lubricant from the local car shop, sprayed it and the clicking sound is gone.

the round part with the big screw impacts the bar where i put electric tape
that's where my ticking noise was coming from, if you have that wear mark then you have the same problem and apply a felt tape to cover that area.
you can get felt at home depot or sears.
electric tape doesnt work. it wears out too fast.

Thanks WPS, I've been studying your pictures. The only problem is, there are a few "round parts" that I can see. Is it the round part that is underneath the bar? It's dark out now so I haven't looked at my car yet.
