Maybe it's different where you live, but here they can't search your car without a warrant, or just cause. They can't stop you for "speeding" can search your glove box. If you get stopped and they want to search they can only stop you to search.

I would think (IMO) that if so many OWNERS of S2Ks don't even know about the secret compartment until after we all tell them.......................that some dumb-ass cop isn't gonna have THAT kind of knowledge unless he's run across it before. They are to busy remembering where the closest Krispy Creme is!!!

p.s. If you are a cop or a cop lover, remember this is just my opinion. You can roll it up and smoke it!!!

I'm going to say that 9 out of 10 wouldn't know about it. Since like 8 out of 10 owners dont lol... But seriously they dont get trained in all of the compartments of a car when ever a new car comes out and this thing is fuggin stealthy... My vote is nope, no dumb cop finding out secret stash...

Hahahahaha this question finally came up...

I don't think most cops would know about the secret compartment... But then again, hiding uuummm stuff in the S2000 is kind of risky regardless due to the limited interior space. Although I don't think most cops would casually notice the secret compartment, by the time they are searching the car, I'd wager they'll find it.

i got pulled over a while ago and thrown into the back of a cop car for some serious bs that got completely thrown out in court...my top was down so i could see everythign he was doin...he looked everywhere but didnt find the secret compartment...i guess it would just depend on the cop...but as Hockey said, with krispy Creme on the brain they dont have time to search every little detail...

If he is suspicious enough, I am sure the dog would find whatever you had in there.

This could be the entire basis of a CSI episode.

They could seach the car, not find anything, then search it again and not find anything until the find the owner's manual (or search at S2ki.com)
