As we had discuss the possibliity to have someone make the clear lenses (diffusor) for our headlight before, nothing really materialize because it cost too much for molding and testing.

However, 4igs2000 owns a manufacturer in Taiwan. We discussed the possiblility to make the lenses, along with the shiftknob, available in the following thread:

Please state your interest of the clear lenses in this thread. Also, we are looking for the orginal lens for 4igs2000 to make prototype on. Please help.

i would buy them if he made them better then spending 900 dollars for the euro spec when u could have the same look if u had that darn defusor.

taking apart the headlight is no problem for me. me and my friends used to do them all the time for the new accords and civics and so one. we have the whole process mastered we don't even need to use silicon anymore we just reheat the factory glue and put back together ca't even tell that they have been opened all i can say is 2 heat guns and a putty knife and some good old hands.

 

I may be interested depending on cost. I'm kinda leary of taking apart my headlights -- I've heard of some bad experiences posted on this board.

I'd be interested. My 2006 S has stress cracked lenses.
